Running a non-profit can feel isolating. As a leader, you’re often navigating between the needs of your staff and the expectations of your board, all while pushing your organization’s mission forward. Ivy + Dean’s ED Connect provides a space for nonprofit leaders in underserved regions to connect, learn, and grow with the support of experienced professionals and peers alike.
ED Connect offers regular networking and peer support for leaders working with community-based organizations, membership associations, arts organizations, and small grassroots collectives. Our focus is connecting nonprofit leaders from Northern and Prairie regions.
Whether you’re looking to troubleshoot, build skills, or stay on track with your goals and work plans, ED Connect is here to help, all through an anti-oppression lens. As a queer-owned business, Ivy + Dean is committed to creating equitable spaces for meaningful collaboration.
