We often get more requests than we can handle to work with non-profits in Saskatchewan and the Northwest Territories. If we have any roles available, they’ll be posted here.

We also encourage you to get in touch with us if you want to join our core team.

Strategic Planning & Governance Consultant

We’re looking for a community-minded, feminist, social justice focused individual to join our team of consultants to focus on our Strategic Planning & Governance work.

We’re a consulting firm specifically for non-profit organizations. We help non-profits with governance and leadership, project coordination and management, fundraising and fund development, and so much more. We do all this while trying to challenge non-profits to bring equity, social justice and anti-oppression into their boardrooms and operations.

While our team is all over the place, our CEO tends to share their time between Yellowknife and Regina. We have tons of projects with clients in both the NWT and in Saskatchewan, and a few other projects across the country. We’re looking for someone with personal lived experience about what it means to live and work invthe Northwest Territories because we want someone who can meet our clients where they’re at.

You should send us your CV and cover letter if:

  • You have experience working in non-profits in the NWT.
  • You’ve hosted strategic planning sessions before.
  • You’re a strong facilitator and public speaker, and aren’t scared about commanding a room.
  • You love spreadsheets and paperwork, and find yourself ecstatic at the idea of sifting through tons of data.
  • You know a lot about equity, anti-oppression, feminism, and social justice communities.

(You should send us your CV and cover letter, even if these things don’t sound like you, but you’re still excited about this opportunity.)

We are currently looking for individuals based in the Northwest Territories. Other roles have been filed.
